At Home2Door, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. We proudly ship premium bedding and home essentials across Canada, with our primary service area focused on Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to customers throughout Canada. Orders within Toronto and the GTA are delivered by the Home2Door delivery team, while orders outside these areas are shipped through trusted courier partners.

Free Local Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery on orders of CAD $200 or more within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

For orders below CAD $200, standard delivery charges may apply and will be calculated during checkout.

Orders shipped to other provinces across Canada are subject to shipping charges based on the destination and package size.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Toronto & GTA: 2–3 Business Days
Other Canadian Provinces: 2–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Inspection & Replacement

For local deliveries made by the Home2Door delivery team, customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.

If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our delivery representative immediately. We will replace the item at the time of delivery, subject to availability, or arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Once the order has been inspected and accepted by the customer, it will be considered complete, and no further replacement or refund requests will be accepted.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, courier service interruptions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
